By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Product Nature

Royal Car Box offers premium handcrafted products and optional gift setup services. Some products may include customization such as names or logos.

2. Final Sale Policy

All orders are considered final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges after delivery, especially for:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift setup services
  • Orders that have been opened, used, altered, or damaged after delivery

3. Order Verification & Documentation

All orders are carefully inspected, photographed, recorded, and weighed before shipping to ensure quality, condition, and content accuracy.

4. Customer Responsibility Upon Delivery

The customer must inspect the order immediately upon delivery.

Any issue must be reported within 2 hours of receiving the shipment with clear photo or video evidence.

Failure to report within this timeframe means the order is considered accepted in perfect condition.

5. Return Authorization (RMA)

Returns are not accepted without prior written approval.

  • Any return request must include clear video proof
  • Unauthorized returns will be refused upon arrival
  • Refunds are not processed until full inspection is completed and approved

6. Anti-Fraud Protection

We strictly monitor all transactions and returned shipments.

Any attempt to:

  • Replace product contents
  • Return incomplete, altered, or damaged items
  • Submit false claims
  • Return products with mismatched contents or weight

will result in rejection of the request and may lead to further action.

7. Shipping & Liability

Once the order is delivered and accepted by the customer, responsibility is transferred to the customer.

If the package appears damaged upon delivery, the customer must refuse the shipment or report the issue immediately.

8. Gift Setup Service Disclaimer

For gift setup services:

  • We may provide product recommendations, sourcing guidance, or preparation services only
  • Products may be purchased directly by the customer through external links
  • We are not responsible for third-party products purchased externally by the customer

9. Payment Terms

Certain services, including gift setup services, are available only for fully prepaid orders.

Cash on delivery may not be available for customized, personalized, or service-based orders.

10. Agreement

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these terms
  • You agree to all policies, including the final sale and no-return conditions
  • You accept full responsibility for the order after delivery
