Return and Refund Policy

We aim to deliver premium quality products. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Window

Returns are accepted within 1 day (24 hours) from the time of delivery.

Any request submitted after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2. Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)

The following items are considered final sale and are NOT eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products (including names, logos, or special requests)
  • Gift setup services or curated product services
  • Any order that has been opened, used, altered, or damaged after delivery

3. Return Shipping Fee

An official flat return shipping fee of SAR 75 applies to all approved returns.

This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

4. Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.

5. Return Approval (Required)

All returns must be approved in advance.

  • Customers must contact us within 1 day of delivery
  • Clear photo or video evidence is required
  • Returns sent without approval may be refused

6. Product Condition

Returned items must be in original condition:

  • Unused
  • Undamaged
  • Complete with all contents

If the returned item shows any signs of:

  • Damage
  • Missing items
  • Replacement or tampering

The return will be rejected.

7. Inspection Process

All returns are fully inspected upon arrival.

No refund will be issued until inspection is completed and approved.

8. Non-Refundable Deductions

The following will be deducted from the refund:

  • SAR 75 return shipping fee
  • 10% restocking fee
  • Any costs related to damage, missing items, or misuse

9. Delivery Responsibility

Customers must inspect the order upon delivery.

If the package is damaged, the customer must report it immediately or refuse delivery.

Failure to report within 1 day means the order is accepted in good condition.

10. Anti-Fraud Protection

All orders are documented before shipping (photos, videos, and weight verification).

Any fraudulent activity including:

  • Returning incorrect items
  • Replacing contents
  • False claims

will result in rejection of the return and further action if necessary.

11. Refunds

Refunds are issued only after inspection approval.

Approved refunds will be processed after deducting applicable fees.
